Details of our shipping service

The Extreme Tennis logistics team pays particular attention to the packaging of your parcels to avoid any incident during transport. Delivery times are given as an indication only, and we decline all responsibility in the event of failure by the carrier to meet deadlines. Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the weight of the items in your basket, and include preparation, packaging, protection, handling, logistics and all associated costs.

Place your order before 2pm, and we'll ship it the same day!

Extreme Tennis undertakes to dispatch your order the same day if you place it before 2 p.m. (with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, or orders including a racket to be strung). Delivery time depends on the choice of carrier and your country. Please note that products such as Slingerbag are shipped directly by our suppliers. Delivery times for these products may vary (count between 3 and 7 working days).

If you have decided to have your racket strung by us, it will be dispatched within a further working day. For example, if you place your order on a Tuesday, the racket will be dispatched on Wednesday or Thursday, depending on the time you placed your order. If you place your order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will be dispatched on the following Tuesday.

Delivery methods to Europe

Please note that our international shipments (outside Europe) are tax-free, and the VAT applicable in your country will be payable on delivery. VAT applicable in mainland France (20%) is not charged at the time of your order.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union, including to Switzerland, may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges, which vary according to the applicable customs regulations, are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the local customs authorities or the carrier upon delivery. Extreme Tennis ships orders outside the EU tax-free (excluding VAT), in accordance with current regulations. The customer is responsible for paying the applicable import taxes and duties in their country and cannot claim any reimbursement from Extreme Tennis for these charges. It is advisable for the customer to inquire with their country's customs services before placing an order to anticipate any potential additional costs.
