Warranty terms
All the products we sell (tennis and padel rackets, pickleball paddles, shoes, clothing, bags, strings, balls and accessories) are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity provided for by EU consumer law (Directive (EU) 2019/771). This guarantee is owed to you by us, whatever the product and regardless of any manufacturer’s warranty.
It covers conformity defects and manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery. Depending on the case, it entitles you to repair, replacement or, if the product is no longer available, a credit note.
In addition, rackets come with a 12-month commercial warranty from the manufacturer covering the frame, the terms of which vary from brand to brand. It is additional to the legal guarantee and never replaces it.
No warranty covers normal wear and tear from play (loose or broken strings, worn grips, worn-out soles, faded fabrics) nor damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper handling or an accident, such as impacts against the ground, a post, fencing, another racket or the net, nor unauthorised modifications to the product (repainting, weight adjustments, drilling).
The manufacturer’s commercial warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The legal guarantee applies under the conditions laid down by law.

Assessment and claim handling
Our after-sales team will carefully review your request and the photos provided. If your claim is eligible for cover under our warranty, we will contact you to arrange how your claim will be handled or the racket replaced, once we have received the manufacturer’s decision.
If your claim is not eligible for cover under the warranty, we will suggest any alternative solutions that may be available.
Please allow 7 days for your claim to be processed.
We are committed to handling your claim as quickly as possible and keeping you informed at every stage of the process. Our aim is to resolve your issue quickly and efficiently, so you can get back to enjoying your tennis.
Please note that the decision to approve a warranty claim on the racket is not made by us. If your claim is declined, please be aware that we have no influence over that decision. We thank you in advance for your understanding and kindly ask that you remain courteous with our team, who are committed to supporting you as best they can throughout this process.
