Make a return following an order
Have you just purchased an item on our site and are you not completely satisfied with it?
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return the item(s) to us.
Return Policy
- Returned items must be new, with tags and in original packaging.
- For logistical reasons, we no longer offer product exchanges. We recommend ordering the desired item directly and returning the unsuitable item. You will receive a full refund within 48 hours of receipt.
- Remember to protect the products well and close the package properly to avoid any damage during transport.
Edit a return slip
To simplify your process, you can visit our returns portal below and follow the instructions to generate a return label. Once the label is generated, you can print it, affix it to your package, and drop it off at a collection point for the chosen carrier.
You will also find the link to our portal in the "Your order has arrived" email. Click on "Visit the returns portal" at the bottom of the email.
Return conditions and shipping costs
- In the event of an error attributable to Extreme Tennis or the product manufacturer (wrong product shipped, manufacturing defect, etc.), all shipping costs will be at our expense.
- Otherwise, a flat rate fee of €8 for France and €10 for Europe will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
- If you would like to order another product to replace the returned item, please let us know. We will issue you a credit for the amount of the returned products, without deducting the return shipping costs.
Refund
Product refunds are generally processed within 48/72 hours. We process refunds using the original payment method. Please note that we now reserve the right not to refund PayPal commission fees. This decision was made to cover the costs incurred by transactions and cancellations. However, a full credit may be offered so you do not lose PayPal commission fees.
Returned items
Returned items must be new and suitable for sale. It is imperative to respect these conditions:
Tennis rackets

- The racket must be returned with the plastic on the handle intact.
- The racket must not have been used and must not have any marks on the stringing (in the case of a racket factory-strung by the manufacturer) or on the frame.
- If you have asked our team to string the racket or if you have used the "CHOOSE YOUR STRING" option, the racket cannot be returned, as it will be considered a personalized racket and can no longer be put back on sale as a new product.


Clothes

- The apparel must be new: clean, odorless, unwashed, intact, and with the original product label. Please fold it properly in its original pouch.

Shoes

- All pairs of shoes must be returned in their original box.
- Shoes must be new, clean and free of any signs of use or wear.
- The shoe box should not be used as shipping packaging. Please keep it in its original condition, without tape or labels stuck on it.

Padel rackets

- The racket must be returned with the plastic on the handle intact.
- The racket must not have been used and must not have any marks on it.

Other Products
- The products must be marketable and must be returned in their original packaging and labels.
