Head Lynx Tour Black 12m String

String Head Lynx Tour black 12m

The Head Lynx Tour string is a new product for demanding competitors. Structured (6 sides), it offers an excellent control/ spin ratio and above-average comfort.

Lynx Tour is designed for players who hit the ball hard and want to control their power with a string that offers excellent control and spin. Made from a new blend of copolymers, Lynx Tour is durable and comfortable for a monofilament.

Our test of Head Lynx Tour black

As the Lynx range is one of the most popular among club players, we were eager to find out what this Lynx Tour had up its sleeve.
The first predominant sensation is the control and precision provided by this string. You can get into the ball without fear of making a mistake down the length, especially with the lift you can easily impart.

The feel when you hit the ball is quite unique, with the ball sinking into the strings when you'd expect more firmness. Good news for comfort!

The tension hold is about average for a monofilament.

We liked the security offered by this string, even if some of our testers would have liked more response and feel.

Where does the Lynx Tour stand among the Head strings?

This string is perfect for bottom hitters. Aggressive baseline lifters who like to displace their opponents with heavy, domed shots will appreciate this reference.

WHERE DOES LYNX TOUR FIT IN THE HEAD RANGE?

Lynx Tour is the Head string with the most control. It will be less powerful than a Lynx Edge and a little more comfortable for the arm.
