We recommend not tensioning the string beyond 25 kilos on headsize strings of 660cm² or less. Forearm pain can occur at higher tensions. In this case, you'll need to change strings in favor of either a more flexible monofilament structure or a multifilament (the best thing to do if arm pain is unbearable).

C'est pour moi le meilleur cordage avec le solinco tour bite.
