During the test phase, our team appreciated the clean feel of this string, which provides a pleasant touch on the ball. The firmness of the string accelerates ball contact time, resulting in an explosive feel. Control is very present, not to mention easy power. What also appealed to us was that, despite this firmness, the string is quite forgiving. Indeed, on off-center shots, the string responds quite well without emitting unpleasant vibrations.

Resistance and tension hold are average for a monofilament. Ball grip is standard for a round string.

All in all, Luxilon Adrenaline is a very complete string, with a little more focus on speed. It delivers exceptional performance for players who are committed to the ball.
