Designed in collaboration with Andrey Rublev, the K-Frame Speed is the showcase for the new K-Swiss technical platform. It targets explosive players who need stability through hard direction changes. White, carbon grey and Baltic blue colourway.

Who is this shoe for?

For the attacking player who hits big and moves fast, exactly Rublev's profile. Around 390 g in a 42.5, in a standard width that runs on the snug side: lateral hold is maximum, cushioning is balanced, and responsiveness is the model's strong suit. This is not a pure comfort shoe: if you want forefoot volume and plush cushioning, the Hypercourt Express 3 will suit you better.

The technologies explained

• K-Frame structure: a TPU support piece placed under the forefoot. This is the new K-Swiss house technology, delivering the stability needed for quick, explosive changes of direction.
• Hyper Foam: plush yet responsive cushioning underfoot, a highly resilient foam built for energy return.
• Duraprint upper: a solid blend of ventilation, support and drag protection.
• DragGuard 7.0 outsole: rubber that boosts durability and traction. It is at its best on hard courts, though the tread pattern also works on other surfaces.

This is the most accomplished shoe in the new K-Swiss generation, and the one that best shows what K-Frame is worth. The signature feeling is a very firm base under the forefoot as you plant, paired with Hyper Foam cushioning that stays pleasant over time, which is uncommon on a shoe this structured. The fit runs snug, so we would point narrow or normal feet towards it rather than broad ones.
