X-Compare

X-Compare: laboratory measurements, our own rating scale.

X-Compare ratings start from physical measurements: dwell time, energy return, tension loss, string-on-string friction and more. Our own scale turns them into 6 criteria, each rated out of 100. Every string goes through the same grid, which makes for fair comparisons.

3 stars only for comfort, ideal for players who suffer from the arm. For the rest, do not hesitate to under-tension, the string lacks power. (Translated review)
