Description

Yonex Junior, a first tennis backpack in orange

Yonex's Junior backpack is designed for young tennis and badminton players. It carries a well-protected junior racket, kit and small accessories for a session, in a format sized for children.

Who is it for?

Children heading to tennis lessons or the club with one racket, who need a simple bag they can carry themselves, on their back or by hand.

What you need to know

  • Racket pocket: a padded pocket sized for a junior racket.
  • Main compartment: room for clothing and a water bottle.
  • Zipped front pocket: for overgrips, keys or a phone.
  • Carry: adjustable padded shoulder straps and a top handle.
  • Material: durable synthetic fabric, easy to clean.
  • Colour: orange.

The Extreme Tennis team's verdict

A well-designed junior backpack: the racket has its own protected pocket and children keep their things in order without carrying too much. It fits a junior racket; for a young tournament player carrying two adult rackets, an adult-size backpack is a better choice.
