X-Compare

X-Compare: laboratory measurements, our own rating scale.

X-Compare ratings start from physical measurements: dwell time, energy return, tension loss, string-on-string friction and more. Our own scale turns them into 6 criteria, each rated out of 100. Every string goes through the same grid, which makes for fair comparisons.

Description

Wilson NXT 12m string

Enter a world of comfort and power with the Wilson NXT string! Thanks to its exclusive PU-impregnated Xycro microfibers, NXT offers a high level of comfort and power, making it as close as possible to a gut!

For optimized durability, Wilson NXT is available in 1.30 gauge

Our string test Wilson NXT

From the very first strike, the feeling of comfort is incredible. NXT is soft for a multi, making it very gentle on the arm.

The fibers that make up the NXT also work wonders when it comes to power. The ball goes very fast, without forcing.

We were pleasantly surprised by the level of feel and sensations offered by Wilson NXT.

The 1.30 gauge provides average-high durability for a multi.

WHO SHOULD USE WILSON NXT?

This string is perfect for young players as well as adults suffering from tennis elbow or wanting maximum power and comfort.

WHAT TYPE OF GAME IS THE NXT DESIGNED FOR?

Players who like to overwhelm their opponents with powerful strokes are in for a treat. Be careful, though, if you lift a lot, as this is not the NXT's specialty, and durability will be diminished

WHERE DOES THE WILSON NXT STRING FIT IN THE WILSON RANGE?

This string is one of the powerful, comfortable strings in the Wilson multifilament range.
