The Solinco Hyper G Round string is a high-performance monofilament designed to provide maximum control and feel for offensive players.

The significant snapback of this Round version of the Hyper G allows for increased spin, although it will be less than on a classic Hyper G. It features the easily recognizable flashy green color of this range.

Extreme Tennis Test of Solinco Hyper G Round

We tested it on a Head Boom MP at 22/21.

From the first strikes, it is clear that this string is dominated by control, with a slight feeling of flexibility. This sensation allows for good ""connection"" with the ball to improve ball touch. On full power strikes, the string offers excellent feedback and especially very good stability. The spin potential for a round string is good, although it does not match that of its big brother, the Hyper G Soft.

We particularly recommend this string to offensive players who naturally have a powerful game and are looking for control and ball touch.
