Wilson Burn 100 V5.0 300g racket
The Wilson Burn 100 V5.0 racket gets a brand-new cosmetic! With its orange base and black racket head, exchanges will be hot on the court.
Reminiscent of fire with its new look, the Burn 100 v5.0 racket is the heaviest in the Burn range.
Designed for power, it features a 645cm² headsize coupled with a balance measured at 32cm. Its 16x19 string pattern preserves control on every shot with spin.
Let's take a look at this new edition's technologies:
- Parallel Drilling : eyelet holes are drilled in parallel, so strings move more freely for greater comfort and forgiveness. Wilson announces a 27% increase in sweatspot size.
- High-Performance Carbon Fiber: increased frame rigidity for explosive power
- Head-light frame: lightweight frame and head for a blend of power, handling and high control.
Wilson Burn 100 V5.0 Extreme Tennis test
First of all, we noticed a big difference compared to the lighter models in the range: the heaviness of the ball in each of our shots. Bluffing!
As for power and spin, we were delighted. We've also noticed a good tolerance.
You feel a lot of rhythm and energy on contact with the ball. We also appreciated its stability, since its neutral balance combined with its 300 grams make this racket an excellent groundstroke weapon.
On the other hand, if we had to point out a weak point, it would be its maneuverability, which we found less impressive than that of the Burn 100 ULS and LS models.
In conclusion, the feel of this racket is very pleasant. That said, you'll need an advanced level of play to get the most out of it.
For which type of player?
We recommend this racket for advanced players looking for a frame that provides power and spin to dominate rallies from the baseline.

Excellente raquette. Sensations obtenues conformes à l’analyse du comparateur. Bluffant. Je joue avec la version en 280g et la 300g me donne le supplément de puissance recherchée. La stabilité est aussi excellente.
