The Bullpadel Vertex 05 Hybrid 27 is the balanced version of the Vertex range. Where the Geo pushes everything towards attack, this one relies on a less rigid frame and a softer carbon to hold the rally and accelerate at the moment you choose.

Who is this racket for?

The advanced to expert player who builds points and moves between phases. At 360 to 370 g, with a 38 mm profile, a 530 cm² hitting surface and a balance we measure at 26.6 cm, it keeps mass in the head while staying less loaded than the Geo, with a wide contact area and a medium feel.

The technologies explained

• Vertex Core⁵: the twin diagonal bridge heart moves to a triangular geometry, with the lower section reinforced in mass and volume to cut twisting and flexing.
• X-Tend Carbon 12K faces: a biaxial weave of 12,000 filaments, more open than 3K, whose medium stiffness combines power and control without forcing a compromise.
• Curv:aKtiv: a variable frame section with side faces rotated by 31.6 degrees, stiffening the structure while spreading vibration more evenly.
• Air Power and Carbon Tube: an air channel widened by 50 % in the lower side area, on a bidirectional carbon frame, for a faster swing and a more direct response.
• MultiEVA core and Top Spin finish: three EVA densities layered together, with a sanded grain on the outer layer to maximise spin.

The Extreme Tennis team's view

This is the most complete Vertex in the series, and probably the one that suits the widest range of advanced players. The 12K carbon changes everything compared with the Geo's 3K: the face stays firm but less dry, so it forgives more on balls taken late. The frame is also less rigid and the balance slightly lower than the Geo's, which makes it easier to carry at the net. In return it does not finish points on its own: the pace comes from your swing, or from loading the head with Custom Weight.
