Description
The Nox Ventus Attack 12K Xtrem 2027, Aimar Goñi's attacking weapon
Built for Aimar Goñi's attacking game, Nox's Ventus Attack 12K Xtrem 2027 combines a diamond shape, a high balance and an Oversize Grip that extends the handle by 30 mm. The extra length makes two-handed shots easier and shifts the balance towards the head, adding inertia on smashes.
Who is this racket for?
Professional or expert padel players with an attacking style who look to finish points with power. The feel is medium-hard and the weight 360 to 375 g, with a head-heavy balance: a demanding racket that needs a fast swing and good fitness. The counterweight system lets you fine-tune the balance further.
Technologies explained
- Carbon 12K Xtrem: Nox's highest-grade carbon microfilaments, woven in rectangular and square patterns, for maximum stiffness and strength without adding weight.
- Oversize Grip: 30 mm of extra handle, for two-handed shots and a balance shifted towards the head.
- MLD Black EVA: a multilayer core with varying densities, for ball exit on slow shots and power on smashes.
- VCS and Pulse System: an elastomer bonded inside the handle reduces wrist impact by up to 56% compared with the previous version, backed up by anti-vibration rubbers in the frame and the Custom Grip.
- Weight Balance, Dual Spin and EOS Tunnel: 2 g and 4 g counterweights up to 8 g, faces with 3D relief and silica sand for spin, and side perforations for aerodynamics.
The Extreme Tennis team's verdict
The Ventus Attack 12K Xtrem is the most radical racket in the Ventus line: diamond shape, high balance and an extended handle, all built for attack. It is for the minority of players able to exploit its inertia. For a more balanced game with the same technologies, the Ventus Hybrid 12K Xtrem 2027 will be easier to handle.
