The Head Radical range is for players with a versatile game. Do you like to play touch, hit hard from the baseline and volley to finish points? The Radical range is sure to please. Diego Schwartzman has adopted this range for its versatility and touch. There are different models of Head Radicals to suit your game. The Head Radical Pro is the hardest to play and will provide the most accuracy and ball weighting. It requires a good level of technique and placement in order to fully exploit it. The Head Radical MP offers great versatility and is aimed at competitive players who hit hard from the baseline. The Radical Team is more maneuverable and forgiving. It is ideal for the 4th series and club player looking for control and maneuverability. The Radical Team L will be ideal for younger players looking to upgrade to their first adult racquet. The light weight will provide excellent maneuverability and playability.
What strings to use on a Head Radical?
A wide range of strings can be used on Head Radical rackets. All you need to do is decide whether you want more control, spin or power. We suggest you visit our strings page and filter according to the benefits you are looking for. However, on the Radical Lite model we recommend the use of a multifilament to avoid tennis elbow. Our team of experts is constantly testing all new products to compare them to previous versions and to note any differences that exist. Testing of the Radical MP and Pro showed that both models were very competition oriented while the Head Radical Team and Team L offered more forgiveness to suit club players.
