The Bullpadel Vertex 05 Geo 27 is Pablo Cardona's pala. It keeps the versatile character that built the Vertex range's reputation, but adds a geometric head that widens the hitting area and shifts the behaviour towards attack.

Who is this racket for?

The expert attacking player looking for maximum acceleration without giving up tolerance. At 360 to 370 g, with a 38 mm profile, a 540 cm² hitting surface and a balance we measure at 27 cm, it combines one of the largest faces in the Bullpadel range with a mass distribution clearly shifted towards the head.

The technologies explained

• Vertex Core⁵: the twin diagonal bridge heart moves to a triangular geometry, with a lower section reinforced in mass and volume to cut twisting and flexing.
• Geometric Shape: the frame widens at the 2 and 10 o'clock positions, enlarging the sweet spot and adding leverage on overheads.
• Curv:aKtiv: a variable frame section with side faces rotated by 31.6 degrees, stiffening the structure and spreading vibration more evenly.
• X-Tend Carbon 3K faces: a tight weave of 3,000 filaments per strand, for a very firm feel and identical properties across the whole surface.
• MultiEVA core and Top Spin finish: three EVA densities layered together, with a sanded grain on the outer layer to maximise spin.

The Extreme Tennis team's view

This is the radical version of the Vertex, yet it stays more accessible than most power-oriented palas. The reason is the 540 cm² face: the useful area is wide, which partly offsets the firmness of the 3K carbon and a high balance. Curv:aKtiv and the Ease Vibe dampeners take the edge off the vibration, and the Hesacore grip completes the package. You still need a strong arm to carry it through a long session: at 27 cm of balance, the mass makes itself felt late in a match.
