X-Compare: our ratings, not the brands'.

Every racket goes through our machines: weight, balance, swingweight, twistweight, stiffness and more. Those readings produce 7 criteria, each rated from 0 to 100. Every model goes through the same method, so you can compare two rackets on a level playing field.

Description

The Siux Fenix Pro Black 2027, Leo Augsburger's maximum power

The Fenix is Siux's power family, and the Fenix Pro 2027 sits at the top of it. Developed with Leo Augsburger, it combines a diamond shape, high balance and a very stiff build, at a claimed weight of 350 to 365 g. This Black version is understated: satin finish, dark minimalist look and a purple grip.

Who is this racket for?

Expert players who finish points and have the technique to accelerate a head-heavy racket. Our X-Compare measurements back up Siux's pitch: it is the most powerful racket in the whole collection, with a clearly head-heavy balance and good ball exit. The trade-off is just as clear: it is also the least manoeuvrable in the range, the feel is firm, forgiveness is low and control moderate. Its 3D texture, however, gives it good spin, well above the Fenix Elite.

The technologies explained

  • 3K SC Power carbon: power-oriented faces for a direct response.
  • EVA Hard: a dense core, crisp and very firm at impact.
  • Diamond shape and high balance: mass in the head for maximum leverage on overheads.
  • 3D texture surface: relief to grip the ball and load spin.
  • Optimised Sweet Spot and 100% carbon frame, satin black finish.

The Extreme Tennis team's verdict

The Fenix Pro is a finisher's weapon, demanding but unmatched in the range for power. For very high power with more manoeuvrability, the teardrop Diablo Elite is easier to live with; for the same spin with far more manoeuvrability and control, the Electra Pro is the alternative. The same racket comes in glossy Purple.
