Siux Diablo Elite 2027 Racket
X-Compare
Description
The Siux Diablo Elite 2027, the Diablo that hits hard
Siux presents the Diablo as its all-round family, the line of Tino Libaak. On paper, the Diablo Elite 2027 would be its comfort version: teardrop shape, 350-365 g, 3K SC Comfort carbon, EVA Mid core and sand finish. Our X-Compare measurements tell a different story: it is one of the most powerful rackets in the whole Siux 2027 collection, just behind the Fenix models, and clearly more power-oriented than the Diablo Pro, which plays the balanced all-rounder.
Who is this racket for?
Intermediate and advanced players who want easy power without switching to a diamond shape. Ball exit is generous and forgiveness good: the racket helps on off-centre hits and gives depth without much effort. Siux announces a medium balance, but our measurement puts the mass clearly towards the head, which explains its power and its modest manoeuvrability. Control and comfort remain decent. A weakness to know about: despite the sand finish, measured spin is low.
The technologies explained
- 3K SC Comfort carbon: a softer weave that brings ball exit and a more forgiving response.
- EVA Mid: a medium core that balances comfort and energy return.
- Sand finish: grain on the faces, without making it a spin racket.
- Head-heavy mass (according to our measurement): leverage on overheads.
The Extreme Tennis team's verdict
Don't buy the Diablo Elite expecting a softer Diablo Pro: it is an accessible, forgiving power racket that needs a little more preparation time at the net. If you want a more balanced, more manoeuvrable profile with more spin and the best comfort in the collection, the Diablo Pro is the right pick; for more spin with similar punch, the Electra Elite; for maximum power, the Fenix Elite.
